Our Jiu Jitzu program focuses on practical self-defense, physical fitness, and mental discipline. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to compete, our experienced instructors will guide you through every step of your journey.

Train in both Gi (traditional uniform) and No-Gi (without uniform) styles to develop a well-rounded grappling game that translates to real-world situations and mixed martial arts.

Valdir Araújo was born on December 14, 1984, in Gama, Brasilia – Brazil, moving to the state of Bahia as a child. Throughout his childhood, Valdir was always involved in sports, practicing swimming and capoeira for years, as well as football (soccer) at a high competitive level. He was introduced to jiu-jitsu by Helio Moura, a well known Bahia black belt, at age 12 in December 1998. Since then, he has become a world-class grappler and professional MMA fighter.
